SALON POLICIES

Your appointment is very important to us.  In order to provide the best possible scheduling options for my clients, should you need to reschedule your appointment we require a 24hr cancellation notice. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24hr notice will require a fee of  from $25 per scheduled service- 100% of service scheduled.This fee will need to be paid prior to rescheduling or it will be applied to your next appointment.

all Trichology appt will require a  nonrefundable  fee of 50% of the total cost, after you schedule your appt you will receive an invoice for the amount owed prior to your appt day and time.

                                                                         REDO POLICY

I thrive to offer my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color or style let me know within 7days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Anything after 7 days will require a fee.

                                                                           PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with,I will accept retail exchange at full credit for 90 days from initial purchase for a lightly used product.

I understand that IMKELLEY and I will have an in depth conversation speaking about all aspects of my appointment, in which I agree to and acknowledge including price of service, and the expected physical and aesthetic results. I will sign these policies upon acceptance of my application to be a client of IMKELLEY as well as every appointment there on.
